How To Deal With Anger

    One of the most common problem of us is our anger. We express it sometime by our body, our words and sometimes the limit of our anger being crossed.

    Example--- suppose still the food is not ready, everyday you get late for this, then there is a loud screaming. Anger is a normal emotion just like other emotions, which can be beneficial for us to a limited extend. When anger limit is crossed, it is the worst emotion of us ever. Because the level of
exis anger or short temper increases our blood pressure, damages our heart, ruins our relationship and various other ways.It can negatively effect our life.

   So, learning to control anger is a very important skill.Some easiest ideas to control your anger------

   1]  3 seconds rule :
                
                  Scientific researches has shown that the sensation produce short temper usually stable for only 2.5 sec. It means that the unbearable feeling that we feel before expressing our anger is only for 2.5 sec. During this time if we react these feeling starts to regenerate themselves  in again and  again and we become more angry. But if we passed this 2.5 sec without reacting, then the anger will go out. So wait for 3 sec. with control when you are angry. Take a breath, It can make you clam.

 2]    Exercise or yoga or Meditation : 

                   Try a different experiment-----  After waking up in the morning, start your day with exercise, meditate for some time and then take a healthy breakfast and spend your rest of the day doing works you like. Try to do some basic exercise in the evening. And notice how your mood remains in the day. Is that irritating or joyful??? You don't need to someone's belief or words of mouth. Just try it yourself. Due to exercise our body seduces our hormone called Endrophins which is also called "feel good" hormone because its reduces our stress level and helps to keep our mind happy. And if we are in happy, then anger is in our control naturally.

 3]  Proper food or sleep

                  Many people underestimate these two things. There are many people who spend sleepless night and not having healthy food in right time and then they get irritated with the feelings that "why am i getting angry at so little?" It is need to say if you have not proper sleep and food at night time, then our mood will be irritated . In our busy life , we compromise with these two things. So take healthy food and sleep well at night time.
