How to Create Mind Setup Before Exam


 So many student's common problem is about study. Sometimes, some students are going to the Depression. Many times it happens before exam, the students can't concentrate, they feel insecure, mental disturbance etc. "How can i pass, I gonna fail, I can't memorise anythings, etc"-- So many things came to their mind.

   Today's generation is very fast generation. The main mistakes of this generation are --- Drinking liquor, laziness, sleeping, addiction to mobile, bad use of internate, whatsapp, facebook, computer and some social media.

    Most of them are drinking alcohol, take cigarette and it destroy both physical & mental side. For these addiction, their thoughts stop.

   Mobile, computer, Internet are not problem acually. There are so many good things in these. And by this we get so many help. But when the students addicted with it, they misuse it.

    Addiction  for somethings is very much injurious for you. Stop it. It can take some time but if you hide this addiction, you mind will set in every situations.

HOW CAN YOU RESTART YOUR MIND??

     Mind, it is a very good instrument. What is the problem?? I don't say you stop think anything. But what you think, it depends.

     Suppose,. In our smart phones, when we open many application, what happen with it? The mobile
will automatically hang. And after hanging, we restart our mobile. Our mind is actual like mobile, mind will be hanged. But if you do with patience, think with patience, everything is going normal.

     Now the question is how we restart our mind? Because, the mind can't restart automatically. So, what we do? Suppose you are very distracted about your exam. So many negativity come to your mind. And it again and again disturbed you. Then stop thinking for some time. You can Meditate also. For some time, do your favorite work. Don't think negative and even positive also.
Then see everything is going out. And after refreshing your mind, think newly and smoothly. Don't give pressure to the mind. Next read whatever you can. Avoid Dirtractions and focus. Don't take deeply. Just do .

      Negative thoughts can come to our mind. It happens with everyone. But main thing is how we react to it?? Take negativeness as positive. Then see, you are free from stress or Depression.
