     * When they go out, many people humiliated them as like, "they are like elephant, they are so heavy like gas cylinder, they can't run, etc etc." Somebody say "how were you and see how you are now?" This kind of questions effect the fat people.

     So the diet plan, you can follow this-----

     * Carbohydrate, protein, vitamins, minerals and fats all are necessary for human body. But you can skip fat containing food.

     * you can use mustard oil, coconut oil for your diet plan.
     * Salads are good for health, you take some rice and salads at lunch. By this you get energy.

     * Dry foods are good for health.

     * Avoid white sugar, white bread, white salt and fast food.

     * At early morning, take a glass of warm water mix with honey and lemon, you can eat also green tea.

     * Next you can go for a walk in outside, and you can do some kind of exercise during that time, if you are comfortable with that place.

     And whole day, drink 10/12 glass of water. By following this, you get fitness as well as energy and activeness. Only fitness is not urgent, sometimes we avoid to take food. But, if we avoid food, the glowness of our face will go out. And, eat the proper food. By eating properly, mind is also refresh and your body are also able to do every work at any time.
